Just as we carefully nurture our Darwin hybrid tulips and poeticus narcissus to ensure their perfect bloom, we want every purchase from Flowers Sales Store to bring you complete satisfaction. If your bulbs haven’t met your expectations, our returns policy is designed with the same care we give to our lily-flowering tulips.

Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition with packaging intact – much like how we protect our delicate double narcissus bulbs during shipping.

Important: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on live plants, bulbs that have been planted, or any perishable items including our indoor narcissus and crocus collections that show signs of sprouting.

Simple Returns Process

Follow these steps to return your items, as carefully as planting botanical tulips:

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging (like we protect our parrot tulips)

  5. Include the return form (see template below)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged (like crushed fritillaria bulbs). We recommend using a tracked service like DHL or FedEx – similar to how we ship your precious peonies orders.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (with the same care we examine our kaufmanniana tulips):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our errors)
  • Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchange Policy

Prefer different fosteriana tulips or muscari varieties? We’re happy to exchange items within 15 days of delivery. Simply follow the return process above and specify your desired exchange in your email. If the new items cost more, we’ll invoice you for the difference – if less, we’ll refund the balance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your large-cupped narcissus arrived damaged or you received crispa tulips instead of miniature narcissus, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund without requiring you to return the items – just as we’d immediately replace any bulbs that don’t meet our exacting standards.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bulbs that have been planted or show signs of growth (like sprouting multi-flowering tulips)
  • Personalized items or special orders (such as bulk double narcissus for events)
  • Discounted or clearance items (marked as “final sale”)
