Shipping Information

We handle every order with the delicate care we reserve for our lily-flowering tulips:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch (£12.95)
    • Free Shipping: Orders over £50 are shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Our Returns Promise

If your bulbs haven’t bloomed to your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided items are in their original condition with packaging intact – much like how we protect our delicate double narcissus bulbs during shipping.

Simple Returns Process

Follow these steps to return your items, as carefully as planting botanical tulips:

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging (like we protect our parrot tulips)

  5. Include the completed return form (template provided below)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged (like crushed fritillaria bulbs). We recommend using a tracked service like DHL or FedEx – similar to how we ship your precious peonies orders.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (with the same care we examine our kaufmanniana tulips):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our errors)
  • Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchange Policy

Prefer different fosteriana tulips or muscari varieties? We’re happy to exchange items within 15 days of delivery. Simply follow the return process above and specify your desired exchange in your email. If the new items cost more, we’ll invoice you for the difference – if less, we’ll refund the balance.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our customers and maintain the highest quality standards for our bulbs, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Live plants or bulbs that have been planted
  • Perishable items showing signs of sprouting (including indoor narcissus and crocus collections)
  • Personalized items or special orders (such as bulk double narcissus for events)
  • Discounted or clearance items (marked as “final sale”)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your large-cupped narcissus arrived damaged or you received crispa tulips instead of miniature narcissus, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund without requiring you to return the items – just as we’d immediately replace any bulbs that don’t meet our exacting standards.
